The entire staff of Park Lane Practice is extremely disappointed that, despite the many improvements made to the practice over the last year, our CQC Inspection on 4 April 2017 (report published 29 June) has resulted in an overall rating of ‘Inadequate'. We would like to reassure patients that this rating has been decided largely on the basis of governance and administrative issues rather than actual standards of clinical care which are in line with local and national targets in all respects. The practice is committed to rectifying the issues identified in the report and more details are included in this statement.
